紫外可见分光光度法测定炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌的含量

         

摘要

Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Zinc Oxide in Calamine Lotion by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Method To determine the content of Zinc Oxide in Calamine Lotion by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, at the detection wavelength of 625nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and absorbance of Zinc Oxide within the range of 0.5-5μg/mL(r=0.9997). The average recovery of sample was 99.2% with RSD of 0.8%(n=9). The results are basically consistent with complexometric titration. Conclusion The determination result is accurate,and the method is reliable. This ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry determination of main drug can effectively ensure the quality control of the preparation.%目的:建立紫外可见分光光度法测定炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌含量测定的方法。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法测定炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌含量,测定波长625 nm。结果氧化锌在0.5~5μg/mL 范围内,吸收度与浓度之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);样品的平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.8%(n=9),结果与络合滴定法基本一致。结论检测结果准确,方法可靠。建立的紫外可见分光光度法测定主药含量能有效保证该制剂的质量控制。
