复方炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌含量测定方法探索

摘要

制定以二甲酚橙（XO）为指示剂的测定复方炉甘石洗剂中ZnO含量的实验室方法,并与以铬黑T为指示剂的药典方法进行比较.其结果显示以XO为指示剂的实验方法与以铬黑T为指示剂的两种方法测定结果相比相差不大,且以XO为指示剂的实验方法具有简单,快捷,准确,滴定终点变色明显,易于观察等优点,更适合于滴定分析实验教学中复方炉甘石洗剂中ZnO含量的测定.%The present study took Xylenol Orange disodium salt （XO） as the indicator to determine the ZnO content in compound calamine lotion in the laboratory measurement, and then compared it with the method of pharmacopoeia which took the Eriochrome black T as the indicator. The results reveal that the difference between the two is not significant and that the former is simple, quick, accurate, with an obvious end point of titration, and compared with the latter, the former is easer to observe and therefore is more suitable for the instruction of titration analysis to determine the ZnO content in compound calamine lotion.
