琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片和酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗慢性收缩性左心功能衰竭的疗效比较

摘要

目的：研究琥珀酸美托洛尔与酒石酸美托洛尔治疗左心功能枯竭为慢性收缩性的疗效和安全性。方法：选从麻城市人民医院2009年5月—2013年8月收治的左心功能枯竭为慢性收缩性的患者190例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各95例。观察组患者选取琥铂酸美托洛尔进行治疗，对照组患者则选取酒石酸美托洛尔片进行治疗。结果：观察组患者总有效率为96.8％（92／95），明显高于对照组87.4％（83／95），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者左心室射血分数改善情况优于对照组，且心功能和平均中位心力衰竭缓解时间均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。但2组患者的不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论：与酒石酸美托洛尔比较，琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗慢性收缩性左心功能衰竭疗效较好，安全性较高，值得临床推广。%OBJECTIVE:To research the curative effects and safety of Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and Metoprolol tartrate tablets in treatment of flat systolic chronic left heart failure .METHODS:190 cases with flat systolic chronic left heart failure admitted into Macheng Municipal People's Hospital from May 2009 to August 2013 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 95 cases in each.The observation group were treated with Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,and the control group received Metoprolol tartrate tablets .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 96.8%( 92/95 ) , which was significantly higher than that of the control group 87.4%( 83/95 ) , there were statistically significant differences between two groups ( P0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Compared with metoprolol tartrate, metoprolol succinate in the treatment of chronic systolic of left heart function failure curative effect better , higher security , it is worth clinical promotion .
