The paper summarized the working principle,special advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic metal welding,and introduced the current domestic and foreign researches on welding mechanism,processes and organizations,performance,and reference value to the establishment of ultrasonic welding standards in thin aluminum,copper and nickel metal ultrasonic welding.In addition,the researches on the simulation of ultrasonic welding temperature field and its guiding significance for the research of ultrasonic welding mechanism were introduced.According to the limitation of the development of ultrasonic metal welding technology at present,the research direction that needs to be strengthened and broken in the future is summarized and prospected.%概述超声波金属焊接的工作原理及其特殊优势和缺点.详细介绍当前国内外在薄质铝、铜、镍等金属超声波焊接的机理,工艺及组织、性能等方面开展的研究及其对超声波焊接标准建立的参考价值,以及研究者们在超声波焊接温度场的模拟仿真方面开展的研究工作及其对超声波焊接机理研究的指导意义.结合当前超声波金属焊接技术发展存在的局限性,总结和展望了该技术未来有待加强和突破的研究方向.
