用肺减容术治疗重度肺气肿的效果分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of lung volume reduction surgery in the treatment of severe emphysema. Methods: the clinical data of 15 patients with severe emphysema in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2013 were selected. All patients stopped smoking, given 3~6 months of breathing training method, all patients were given LVRS evaluation, using the chest cavity, clear target, given the use of lung volume reduction surgery. Results: compared with the postoperative pulmonary function indexes, 6-MWD and FEV1 were significantly improved (P<0.05), and RV and TLC were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: lung volume reduction can significantly improve patients with respiratory problems and other symptoms, improve patients with lung function, the effect of treatment is better, the recovery is quick. The quality of life of patients can be significantly improved by using lung volume reduction, especially for patients with severe emphysema.%目的：探讨分析用肺减容术治疗重度肺气肿的临床效果。方法：选取2013年7月至2015年7月间我院收治的15例重度肺气肿患者作为研究对象，先让其进行3～6个月的呼吸训练，再为其实施肺减容术，然后观察对比手术前后患者各项肺功能指标的变化情况，并将对比的结果及所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果：手术后，这15例患者的各项肺功能指标较手术前均有明显的改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：用肺减容术治疗重度肺气肿的临床效果显著，值得在临床上推广应用。
