目的:建立测定藿香中甲基胡椒酚含量的方法.方法:采用气相色谱法.色谱柱为DB-5石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm),进样口温度为230℃,检测器温度为300℃,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,载气为氮气,不分流进样,进样量为1μL.以外标法定量.结果:甲基胡椒酚的检测浓度在0.02~2.00 g·L-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 3);平均回收率为103.93%,RSD=2.1%(n=6).结论:该方法简便、准确、快速,可用于测定藿香中甲基胡椒酚的含量.%OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of estragole in Agastache rugosa. METHODS: The contents of estragole was determined by GC with DB-5 fused capillary (30 mx0.32 mmx0.25 urn) column at the flow rate of 1.0 mL* min '.The temperature of injector and detector were 230 °C and 300 °C. Nitrogen was used as carrier gas with splitless inlet and injection volume was 1 uL using external standard method. RESULTS: The linear ranges of estragole was 0.02~2.00 g'L"1 (r=0.999 3) with an average recovery of 103.93% (RSD=2.1% ,?=6). CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, simple and accurate for the content determination of estragle in A. Rugosa.
