高危儿早期干预的医教结合管理模式探索

摘要

In order to make the high-risk children' overall development, we have study high-risk children management mode with combination of education with medical treatment. To establish combination of education with medical treatment network and draw up standardization intervention model so as to promote combination of education with medical treatment. In Baoshan district, intervention rate of high-risk children combination of education with medical treatment has dramatically risen from 2.31% of 2009 to 84.50% of 2011. Baoshan district's intervention model of high-risk children combination of education with medical treatment, medical care, rehabilitation, health education and support from charitable, form a complete intervention model, high-risk children' overall development.%研究高危儿早期干预的医教结合管理模式,使高危儿获得身心全面发展.通过构建医教结合网络和制订规范化干预流程促进医教结合.宝山区高危儿医教结合干预率由2009年的2.31%,提高到2011年的84.50%.宝山区高危儿医教结合干预模式,融合医疗保健、康复、教育以及慈善支持为一体,形成完整的干预模式,有助于高危儿身心全面发展.
