品管圈在我院医疗设备验收中的应用

摘要

品管圈活动作为一个有效的质量管理工具，我院设备管理部门将其运用于医疗设备验收工作中，在提高医疗设备验收的一次验收率、规范医疗设备验收流程等方面起到了积极作用。%As an effective and efficient quality management tool, QCC activity was applied for the check& acceptance of medical equipment by department of medical equipment management in hospital, which played a positive role in enhancing the acceptance rate at once time, standardizing acceptance process of medical equipment.
