品管圈活动在儿童功能性便秘延续护理中的应用

摘要

：Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of quality control circle(QCC)activities in extended care of children with functional constipation. Methods 〓Totally 36 children with functional constipation were included as the control group between March 2016 and December 2016, another 42 children with functional constipation were included as the observation group between January 2017 and October 2017. In the control group, the extended care was carried out by using nurse-led telephone follow-up. In the observation group, the extended care was carried out by QCC activities. The clinical symptom of constipation was observed in the observation group, and outcomes of bowel and anal sphincter function assessment were compared between two groups. Results 〓After two rounds of PDCA cycle, There was a significant improvement of constipation-related symptoms including frequency of spontaneous defecation, stool consistency, difficult defecation, anal fissure and enlarged hemorrhoid in the observation group(P0.05). Compared with children in the control group, those in the observation group received a better improvement of maximum anal resting pressure(MARP), maximum mnal squeeze pressure(MASP), rectal sensation volume and rectal maximum tolerable volume(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The QCC activity is effective to increase the frequency of spontaneous defecation and improve the defecation quality in children with functional constipation.
