The QCC (Quality Control Circle) management methodology was deployed to make full use of the staff members’ initiative as so to solve the problems during the acceptance of medical equipment. The ifshbone diagrams and other methods were also utilized to ifgure out the problems that occurred on site, which contributed to the improved quality of the acceptance, mutual assistance between staff in different departments as well as convergence and cooperation of the work procedure.%针对医疗设备验收工作中出现的问题,采用品管圈的管理方法,充分发挥组员的主观能动性,运用鱼骨图等方法,解决工作现场所发生的问题,有助于提高验收工作的质量和不同分工人员的相互协助及工作程序的衔接和配合。
