CeLiX zeolite molecular sieve was prepared by cation exchange with Ce3+.The structure of CeLiX zeolite was characterized by XRD,SEM,BET,XRF.At 25 ℃,adsorption isotherms of N2 and O2 on CeLiX zeolite were obtained by gas adsorption instrument.The results showed that through the cation exchange method,the Ce3+ can replace the non-framework Li + in LiX zeolite molecular sieve,not change the crystal structure and can significantly improve LiX zeolite molecular sieve to O2/N2adsorption selectivity.%采用阳离子交换法对LiX沸石分子筛进行Ce3+改性,制得不同Ce3+交换量的CeLiX沸石分子筛.通过XRD、SEM、BET、XRF对CeLiX沸石分子筛进行表征,通过气体吸附仪测得了CeLiX沸石分子筛在25℃下对氮气、氧气的吸附等温线.结果表明,Ce3+通过离子交换法可以替换LiX沸石分子筛中的非骨架Li+,Ce3+的引入不会改变其原本的晶体结构,且能显著提高LiX沸石分子筛对O2/N2的吸附选择性.
