Mergers and acquisitions is a choice of strategy, it is good for enterprises to create synergy effect and strengthen the marketing power, while, it also exists risks. Therefore, in order to measure the strategy implementation effect and provide references for future decisions, it is necessary to make a comprehensive and efficient evaluation on M&A strategic performance. Taking a domestic well-known computer corporation LX case to make an empirical study, it makes full use of improved BSC, that is BSC and strategic map, from a new perspective of strategic performance evaluation to analyze LX's M&A performance, construct four dimensions' key performance index evaluation system and analyze each dimension according to strategic map and the strategic goals of LX.Only considering finance aspect, its performance is good, while after taking all other three aspects-client, internal business process and learning and growth into account, it concludes that the strategic performance of LX' s M&A is not ideal, and LX doesn't achieve its strategic goals.LX is supposed to further adjust and enhance, thereby strengthening its competitiveness.
