The method involves allotting a syllabus covered during a course of a program (1) to a teaching module (2). The syllabus of the module is evaluated based on an exam performance (3) that is relevant to the studies. A degree of conversion and/or development of the syllabuses that are allotted to the module are evaluated based on the exam performance of a professional, in relation to his/her work. An overall evaluation (8) of the performance of the professional is carried out by considering the study-oriented exam performance and work-oriented performance of the professional.
