Application of genetically modified micro-organisms and safety assessment

摘要

This paper aims to explore the safety assessment of genetically modified micro-organisms (GMM) problems. GMM has penetrated the modern society, its safety assessment work will be concerned. In this paper, after the introduction of GMM in the field of industry, agriculture, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, and environmental protection, it focuses on the potential of GMM safety assessment for humans, animals, plants, and the environment. With the perspective of China's GMM security assessment, this paper assessed the receptor microorganisms, genetic manipulation, GMM, and production of GMM; then compared with foreign microbiological safety assessments to provide effective standards for government regulation purposes.
