Our objective is to present the results of BAHA in the group of children with conductive and mixed hearing loss and to compare hearing thresholds of classic bone coduction hearing aid, previously used by patients, to BAHA. Our material comprises 55 children with conductive and mixed hearing loss ages staring from 3 y.o.(with congenital malformations, SSD - single sided deafness, and with acquired defects), and 23 adults up to 61 y.o., in total 75 patients. (Figure 1). Forty-three cases of bilateral microtia and atresia of external auditory canal (26 as a isolated pathology and 14 as a part of multiple congenital malformations)
