摘要

ZnS:Cu,Cl nanocrystals (NCs) which shows greenish blue PL emission was synthesized by using solution chemical reaction method. The PL emission wavelength of synthesized ZnS.Cu,Cl NCs depends on the solution dispersed with it. In case of water as dispersion solution, the emission wavelength from NCs was shifted to longer wavelength compared to those of bare solution and filtered solution. To investigate EL properties of ZnS:Cu,Cl NCs EL device was fabricated by using screen printing method. Its EL emission intensity showing blue emitting color (~470nm) was increased with increasing applied voltage and its frequency.
