摘要

The present invention relates to a method for increasing photoluminescence internal quantum efficiency of nanocrystals, especially, AgInS2-ZnS nanocrystals. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing nanoparticles entirely or partially formed by nanocrystals having a chemical composition which corresponds to chemical formula 1; and placing the nanoparticles and at least one ligand compound under a condition where an organic ligand is easily and at least partially exchanged with a phosphine ligand wherein chemical formula 1 is Ag_xM_yM′_zS_(0.5x+y+1.5z).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
