We propose design of quantum wire networks for quantum dot superlattices with the square and the plaquette lattice structures. Based on the local density approximation, we find that Hubbard models well represents the artificial lattices. The superconducting transition temperature (=90 mK)for the plaquette lattice is more than two times larger than that (=40 mK) for the square lattice and is sufficiently high for achieving superconducting transition in experiments.
