摘要

Novel binary (Pb, Ti) coordination compound were synthesized and used as precursor for the preparation of PbTiO_3 films by means of aerosol deposition and spin coating. Single-phased textured thin films of perovskite structure were fabricated on MgO(100) substrate at T=380 deg C.
