Improving Design and Creative Ability of High School Students through Project Based Learning

In 2018, the Ministry of Education issued General Senior High School Information Technology Curriculum Standard (2017). The new curriculum standard puts forward the concept of subject core literacy and requires project-based learning. The paper combines the design thinking concept of Stanford University with the project-based learning, redesigns the project-based learning mode, and carries on the teaching experiment, the experiment object is 40 senior two students. The experiment found that the project-based learning mode combined with design thinking has a positive effect on improving students' learning effect, innovation ability and core literacy. The students' learning enthusiasm, self-satisfaction and innovation ability are obviously improved. Through the interview, it is found that the students have also made some breakthroughs in their sense of social responsibility and empathy.
