摘要

Automatic milling control system design is very traditional subject, and now with a variety of advanced precision control equipment the emergence of many milling control design is more advanced, this paper aims to add a controller to the exiting milling machining transfer function according to some design requirements, while establishing a control system based on Simulink simulation, the system corrected through Mat lab simulation. This experiment uses advanced correction methods to improve the system performance, observe its step and ramp response to determine the parameters needs be used to describe the corrector. The basic idea of this correction is use low frequency response with high enough gain value to adjust the corrector parameters slightly to meet the requirements.
