摘要

It’s long time and huge energy consumption of Agro-product freeze-drying thatlead to higher cost of goods manufactured. Under ensuring product quality, how to shortentime and lower energy consumption in order to reduce cost of goods, is becoming asignificant problem needed to be resolved quickly, especially for processing of fruits andvegetables.In this paper, based on experimental study on relationship between energy consumptionand influencing factors (operational parameters, material parameters, and technologicalprocess etc.), methods of shortening drying time and reducing energy consumption offreeze drying and measures of strengthening the procedure of drying were discussedthrough analyzing effect of parameters and their the law of action.
