Provided is a vital data measurement control device capable of preventing replacement of various kinds of vital data. The vital data measurement control device (20) is a device for controlling measurement of vital data when a user measures vital data by using a device (10) for measuring vital data, the vital data measurement control device comprising: a control unit (22) for controlling a camera (21) to acquire image data including the face of a user and the device; and an image processing unit (26) for authenticating the face of the user and authenticating the device (10) on the basis of the image data. The image processing unit (26) determines whether the device (10) is worn by the user on the basis of a positional relation between the user and the device (10) in the image data, and determines a period during which the user and the device (10) are authenticated and the device (10) is worn by the user, as a correct measurement state in which a correct user wears a correct device (10).
