A teaching-learning interaction method between a user and an artificial intelligence system for custom AI service design and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. A teaching-learning interaction method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a teaching-learning interaction method between a user and an artificial intelligence system, the method comprising: determining a system design interaction for a direction of service customization based on the user''s input; performing learning of the artificial intelligence system by the user''s teaching and the user''s teaching with respect to the determined system design interaction; and evaluating the improved system design interaction by the result of teaching-learning by the performing step.
