Provided is a method of providing an active order or reservation service based on monitoring of a conversation session between a plurality of users provided by an interactive AI agent system. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of receiving user input from one or more among the plurality of users during the conversation session wherein the user input is the conversation input exchanged between the plurality of users; a step of determining, based on a predetermined knowledge base, a predetermined user intent corresponding to the user input; a step of determining, based on the received user intent, whether a user intention, which desires a predetermined order or reservation for a predetermined number or more of the plurality of users, has been obtained; a step of generating a conversation flow consistent with the user intent in response to determining that the user intent, which desires a predetermined order or reservation for a predetermined number or more of users, has been obtained; and a step of performing a conversation and/or a task for a given order or reservation based on the generated conversation flow.
