PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for example, an inquiry support program capable of supporting input of symptoms in accordance with epidemic of sickness.;SOLUTION: An inquiry support program causes a computer to execute processing of receiving results of answering to a predefined inquiry from an information processing terminal. The inquiry support program causes the computer to execute processing of specifying sickness candidates on the basis of the received results of answering. In a case where a plurality of sickness candidates have been specified, the inquiry support program causes the computer to execute processing of determining a retrieval range of a storage unit which records medical examination results in accordance with degrees of epidemic of the sickness candidates. The inquiry support program causes the computer to execute processing of retrieving the medical examination results in the determined range and specifying inquiry information for an additional inquiry capable of further narrowing down the sickness from among the sickness candidates.
