A stimulus presentation device 13 for applying a stimulus to a user using air from a plurality of air guns 14 positioned so as to enclose the user, wherein the stimulus presentation device 13 is provided with: a control unit 132 for determining each emission time of a given time interval at which each of a plurality of airs is emitted and with which it is possible to cause apparent movement to be perceived by the user, determining each emission azimuth at which each of the plurality of airs is emitted, and causing each of the airs to be sequentially emitted at each emission time from each of the air guns 14 positioned at the respective emission azimuths; and an adjustment unit for determining a plurality of different body positions on the body of the user upon which the plurality of airs are applied and adjusting the emission angle of each of the air guns 14 so that the muzzles of the air guns 14 are respectively directed toward the plurality of body positions.
