PURPOSE:To make it possible to simultaneously analyze a cationic substance and an anionic substance by holding both of them, by using an inverse phase chromatography column and containing both ion pair reagents of a cationic surfactant and an anionic surfactant in a mobile phase. CONSTITUTION:An inverse phase chromatography column is used and both of a cationic surfactant and an anionic surfactant are contained in a mobile phase as ion pair reagents. As the cationic surfactant, a salt of a tetra alkylammonium ion such as a tetrabutylammonium ion or a tetraethylammonium ion or alkyl amine such as triethylamine is used and, as the anionic surfactant, alkyl sulfonate such as sodium pentasulfonate or sodium octanesulfonate or alkyl sulfate such as sodium lauryl sulfate is used.
