MOLDING METHOD FOR HOLLOW PLASTIC PRODUCT COMPOSED OF FIBER-REINFORCED MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To manufacture at good productivity and continuously a hollow fiber reinforced plastic molded product of excellent quality, by mounting a line of magnetic force heating mechanism in front of a molding tool of a hollow molded product and high-frequency induction heating of a core is performed. CONSTITUTION:A molding tool 3 is composed of a front molding tool 11 made of ceramics and a rear molding tool 12 connected with the molding tool 11. The front molding tool 11 made of the ceramics is surrounded by a high-frequency induction heating line of magnetic force generating coil 13. In addition, the rear molding tool 12 is made of a metal. An electric heater 14 is provided on an outside circumferential part of the molding tool 12 so as to surround the same. As a core 6 can be heated under a noncontact condition by the high- frequency induction heating line of magnetic force generating coil 13, the core can be heated easily even if the same is of a small-sized one. Therefore, a plastic molded product containing a hollow fiber reinforced material of excellent quality can be molded continuously.
