PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold the wall of the entire surface excluding the end plate apex parts of a hollow object made of a glass fiber-reinforced plastic material connecting end plates to both sides of a direct barrel part to be uniform in thickness.;SOLUTION: A part from the starting point of the maximum circumference length (L) part of the hollow object to the end plate apex part is divided laterally into parts the number of which is equal to the number (N) of the maximum turns, each parting plane is set at a position to make the circumference length projected on the plane L(N-1)/N.L(N-2)/N....2L/N, and layers are added in turn one by one between the parting planes of corresponding both ends of the same circumference length and molded. As a result, although the number of the layers is N in the maximum part and one in the end plate part, due to the duplication of the layers, over the entire surface excluding the end plate apex parts, the wall is approximately uniform in thickness. The excessively thick wall parts of both end apex parts are corrected after molding. When no direct barrel part exists, and an end plate opening part has the largest diameter (Fig.2 not shown), the above is applied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
