FIELD: medicine, clinical pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of receptor material isolated from nucleus caudatus of bovine brain at concentration 21-25 micro g/ml. Receptor material is incubated with serum and radioactive ligand simultaneously. The sensitivity of clozapin determination by proposed method is increased by 4 times as compared with prototype. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of method.
