PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a problem that an integer instruction set to efficiently use a wider word, for example, 64-bit architecture becomes necessary to execute a more complicated and various application program. SOLUTION: This method is directed to a processor element constituted to execute integer instruction set architecture, for example, a microprocessor or a micro controller. In a specified form of execution, a method for loading an optional constant 40 to a storage place via a series of instant value integer instructions is provided. In another specified form of execution, a method for normalizing a number is provided. In this method, decision of a result by counting the entire number of code bits in a binary number and after that, subtracting 1 from the entire number is included. The result is usable to normalize the number by shifting the binary number to the left direction by the result.
