PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject color-deepening agent capable of imparting color developing property, color deepness and vividness onto the colored solid surface, especially colored fiber structure without causing problem such as whitening by including an amino-modified silicone and a specific resin monomer as essential components. SOLUTION: This color-deepening agent contains (A) an amino-modified silicone and (B) a monomer of a water-soluble resin having methylol group (preferably a monomer constituting a glyoxal-based resin, a monomer constituting a methylol melamine-based rein or a monomer consisting a methylolethylene urea-based resin) as essential components. The components B is compounded in an amount of 1-300 pts.wt., preferably 5-150 pts.wt. as an effective amount based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
