PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the degree of freedom to contribution by enabling a contributing person to freely arrange his/her opinion information on a message board.;SOLUTION: In this electronic message board system is provided with an input interface 10 that can be moved to an optional position in a message board field 12 by a mouse operation and a write instruction button 2 for instructing writing of opinion information inputted in an opinion field 1 in the interface 10, the message contributing person moves the interface 10 to an optional position in the message board field 12 by detecting the position information of the interface 10 and the opinion field 1 at the time when writing is instructed and by associating the position information with opinion information to store the position information in a recording medium and can contribute the opinion information to a free position in the field 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
