PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of apple brandy more effectively through the first steeping and the second steeping. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: the first steeping processing including the steps of: (i) washing and pulverizing apples; (ii) soaking rices; (iii) mixing the pulverized apples and the soaked rice then steaming the mixture; and (iv) fermenting the steamed mixture; and the second steeping process including the steps of: (i) washing and pulverizing apples; boiling the pulverized apples; preparing hard boiled rice; mixing the boiled apples, the hard boiled rice, and the first steeped mixture; filtering the mixture; and distilling it.
