The invention relates to a fitting system for arranging a crown reconstruction or the like for a denture implant, for which the sites of implant have already been prepared in the patient's jaw. Said system comprises a crown base which defines a contact surface for a crown frame, for example a peg or the like, on which the denture is to be fitted, and consisting of a material which can be decomposed by heat. An adhesive base member is provided which is to be applied to the prepared site of implant and has areas for receiving adhesive material at least on its external peripheral surface. The crown base has a substantially hollow frustum-shaped holder head which rests along a closed line and on the coronal and the cervical end section of the adhesive base member. The regions for receiving adhesive material are between the closed lines and are defined by at least one hollow space between the crown-base inner surface facing the adhesive base member and the outer surface of the adhesive base member opposite the crown-base.
