PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a project development management service system with improved efficiency, secrecy and effectiveness. ;SOLUTION: To the project development management service system, a project management request 1 is transmitted from the PC3 of a client as a project developing operator and providing of a project development management service 2 is sent back. To a PC for the system, project browsing is possible by accessing from the PC of a potential developer. The system is a computer system on the Internet having the storing function of the source and the document of the project development of the client and the browsing or browsing- restriction function of the project development recording by the developer, and opens a project to not only related persons but also developers interested in it in spite of having no connection (potential developers). Thus, a client desiring to develop the project with low risk and high efficiency and the potential developer desiring to perform an interested job can be connected with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
