INTEGRATED RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND INTERATED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL/COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

PURPOSE: A system for complex development business risk management and performance management is provided to present a risk factor occurred in a construction project site and the optimal strategy for the risk following the priority, thereby suggesting a counteracting plan to the construction site. CONSTITUTION: A system interlocking unit(110) interlocks an integrated performance management system. A risk factor managing unit(120) inputs an influence score corresponding to a performance management index of the system interlocking unit. The risk factor managing unit changes the index values of the performance management index to occurrence possibility scores. A priority deriving unit(130) derives the priority for the risk factor.
