Design, Development and Implementation of Three Gorges Project Management System

摘要

This paper presents an analytic description of the background, general objective, design, development and implementation course of the Three Gorges Project Management System (TGPMS), puts forward a universal system structure of software management for a big scale project, and states some key factors for building a successful system through analysis of the course of building TGPMS.
