Purpose: ESD (static discharge) protective device is arranged to reduce chip size and prevents the focusing of ESD stress stream from using compensation doping by the cumulative resistance of a region of activation. Construction: an ESD protection device includes a well collecting part (30), it is made of band duplexer, a separation layer (20), a region of activation, it passes through the first dopant, and a source (40), a sewer (50) and one (60) take stimulants. Region of activation further comprises a resistor (100). Resistor is adulterated by the compensation of band duplexer and is formed.
