PURPOSE: A water tissue case is provided which employs a waterproof paper pack as a main body for accommodating a stack of water tissues, increases sales appeal by making its external appearance aesthetically attractive, and reduces the manufacturing cost thereof while and enables the case to be easily recycled and environmentally friendly. CONSTITUTION: The water tissue case(50) having water tissues stacked therein comprises a main body(52) having an outer cover with a paper member coated with polyethylene(PE), polyethylene terephthalate(PET) or linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) that exhibits a waterproofing effect, and shaped of a hexahedron, and an opening(54) having a predetermined size; an openable cover(60) having a frame(62), for opening or shutting the opening(54); and a synthetic resin member(70) having an outlet(72) formed on the bottom of the frame(62) and having a predetermined size.
