PURPOSE: To provide an equipment for stabilizing and reusing recycling water to prevent environmental pollution, reduce cost of ready-mixed concrete, improve quality of ready-mixed concrete and purify recycling water to a standard level easily and accurately by maintaining concentration and pH of recycling water constantly and automatically and reusing the whole quantity of recycling water. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a reaction tank(30) for containing clean water and reaction water produced by mixing recycling water with stabilizer; a sensor installed at a part of the reaction tank to sense the status quo of the reaction water; a motor(32) for providing rotary power, and a rotary member(33) that is rotated to stir the reaction water with a part of the rotary member connected to the motor; a flux pump(38) installed on a bottom part of the reaction tank to flow out the reaction water to the outside; a control part into which setting conditions of the reaction water are inputted, and which is signally connected to the sensor and the flux pump to compare the status quo with the setting conditions and flow out the reaction water by operating the flux pump.
