A MANUFACTURE METHOD AND THE COMPOSITE OF FRUIT JUICE THAT USE YUHUAN POMELO

A manufacturing method of fruit juice using Yuhuan Pomelo and a composition comprising the same fruit juice are provided, which Yuhuan Pomelo fruit juice cleans lung and internal organs, helps digestion, aids adult diseases such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes and hypertension, prevents cancer, and has diet effect. The manufacturing method of fruit juice using Yuhuan Pomelo comprises the steps of: selecting and cleaning Yuhuan Pomelo, and dipping Yuhuan Pomelo in water containing a small mount of salt to sterilize it; removing the skin of Yuhuan Pomelo, and pulverizing and pressing the skin removed Yuhuan Pomelo; preheating the fruit juice of Yuhuan Pomelo and filtering the preheated fruit juice; adding additives into the filtered fruit juice of Yuhuan Pomelo and mixing them; sterilizing the additive added Yuhuan Pomelo fruit juice, and filtering the sterilized fruit juice; and inserting the fruit juice of Yuhuan Pomelo into a vessel, and sealing, cooling and packing it.
