The implant (1) is designed as a shaft, accommodating a cylinder and piston unit (2) with disc shaped elements (10) attached to its upper and its lower end. Each of the elements (10) is assembled of two parts (11, 12) with a semicircular outer edge and several hook-shaped elements (14, 15) pointing towards the center and engaging in order to facilitate the outer edges to be swiveled against each other during the insertion of the implant (1). After positioning the parts (11, 12) can be unfolded again into their final disc shape (10).
