The prosthesis has two platforms (10) made of rigid biocompatible material, where the platforms dispose a large support surface on a vertebral body. Four screws are fixed on the platforms of an adjacent vertebral body. Two rods (12) connecting the platforms are imprisoned on slotted parts of respective heads of the screws fixed on the rods by four locking caps. A flexible tubular envelope (14) serves as a reservoir whose shape is compatible with the platforms, where length of the envelope is adjustable to a distance separating the platforms.
