PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block diagram type simulation model creation device capable of creating a simulation model including a motor model performing operation similar to an actual motor. PSOLUTION: This block diagram type simulation model creation device 1 has: a display part 12 displaying a block diagram; a storage part 13 storing a library M storing a component model including the parameter-variable motor model; a model creation means acquiring a block expressing the parameter-variable motor model from the library M on the display part 12, and incorporating the block to create the block diagram; and a simulation execution means executing simulation of the simulation model defined by the block diagram.
