PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily create a simulation model used for analyzing a tire.SOLUTION: The method for creating a simulation model in a region around a pneumatic tire has: a first model creating step for creating an ununiform tire model in a tire circumferential direction, a road surface model and a wheel model, and setting boundary conditions; a tire shape calculating step for executing analysis of contact with the tire model created in the first model forming step to calculate the tire shape in a state of contact with the ground; a tire rolling shape creating step for converting the tire shape calculated in the tire shape calculating step to create a tire shape in a rolling state in time series; and a second model creating step for creating a model created by dividing a region including a region in contact with the tire shape in every time obtained in the tire rolling shape creating step into a mesh.
