Production and standardization of innovative fresh preservable pastry products of high nutritional value, which products are based on corn flakes combined with Greek virgin olive oil and selected Greek traditional pastry raw materials (sugar, honey,Chios mastic, desiccated fruit, selected chocolate varieties and dried fruit) all subjected to a special mild thermal treatment and finally standardized in the form of pop corn, corn flakes bars, corn flakes biscuits and, in general, in the form of little cornflakes bars or balls of various sweet flavours.
