PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing pattern multiplexing apparatus or the like used in production of an anisotropic reflection medium which is formed by aggregate of cells having anisotropic reflection characteristics and in which a plurality of drawing patterns are multiplexed.;SOLUTION: The drawing pattern multiplexing apparatus 1 forms cell group for each drawing pattern by a cell group forming means 23. Next, the drawing pattern multiplexing apparatus 1 projects the three-dimensional shape relating to the drawing pattern onto a projection plane by a normal information recording means 25, and records the elevation and azimuthal angle relating to the normal direction of each projected pixel as normal information. Then, the drawing pattern multiplexing apparatus 1 projects the vector relating to normal information onto a normal projection plane having the specific azimuthal angle for each drawing pattern by a normal information converting means 27.
