PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavor quality specification and presentation system that supports a user in easily cooking food of his/her preferred flavor by him/herself.;SOLUTION: A user evaluates information on a taste and smell that he/she wants by cooking, with a plurality of flavor elements prepared in advance by the system, and inputs it into the system 10 as flavor quality evaluation data.
